This is your quick guide for guests hosting their own parties, or gatherings at the Dream House.
Your official Guest Guide will be sent to you through Airbnb or privately, but here are a few extra notes to help make your stay absolutely amazing:

💖 Before Your Event:
Take a quick walk through the space when you arrive so you know where everything belongs – it makes setup and cleanup super easy. The full “How to Close Up” instructions are listed in your Airbnb house guide or have been sent manually, so please review those before checkout.
👠 Shoes Off Policy:
Please remember that shoes must be off at all times while indoors at the Dream House. This helps keep the floors and décor sparkling clean for everyone to enjoy.
👶 If Children Are Attending:
The Dream House has been very carefully designed and decorated, so extra supervision is a must. Please don’t allow little ones to wander through the space alone or play with décor pieces. Anything broken or damaged will need to be replaced and paid for, so keeping a close eye on them helps everyone enjoy their time worry-free 💕
💡 Décor & Lighting:
All lights, wall décor, and hanging pieces should only be handled by adults, as they are delicate parts of the setup.
🔊 Noise & Time Rule:
As per local by-laws, all loud music and outdoor noise must be turned down by 10:00 PM. You’re welcome to continue your celebration indoors afterward, but please ensure that volume levels remain respectful to neighbours.
🧻 Supplies:
Basic supplies such as toilet paper and garbage bags are provided according to your per-night stay. If you’re hosting a larger event or party that produces extra waste, please bring your own additional garbage bags for quick and easy disposal. Any excessive garbage (over one full bag) should be taken with you or disposed of responsibly before checkout. Please put your bag of garbage inside of the green bin on the left side of the house. Do not leave loose garbage bags on the ground outside. All recycling can be put in the blue bin.
🧼 Clean-Up & Closing Notes:
Leaving the home as you found it includes making sure there’s no food debris left behind — little critters and bugs love to sneak in this time of year! Please confirm that all food has been removed from the house before you check out.
If spills happen, no problem at all! Paper towels are provided for you, and cleaning supplies can be found underneath the sink if needed. There’s also a pink vacuum in the bathroom for easy access to quick cleanups.
✨ Before You Leave:
Most of all, all that I ask as your host is that you leave the home in the same clean, beautiful condition you found it in.
⚠️ Important Note (Please Read):
All guests are expected to fully follow these guidelines. If the home is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, garbage removal, or repair, an additional cleaning fee will be applied and reported through Airbnb for follow-through, or if books privately deposit will be kept). This ensures fairness to all guests and helps keep the Dream House sparkling for everyone who visits next.
