About the Space
This space is all about you – a fabulous home away from home that’s bursting with girly goodness, super cute themed rooms, and a vibe that screams fun, fun, FUN! I’ve poured my heart into making sure it’s cozy, comfy, and full of photo ops that’ll make your socials pop!
This place is a total selfie playground, so don’t hold back – snap away, share your experience, and tag us on Instagram @jps_dreamhouse! Wi-Fi Information
Located on the living room Beauty Bar!
How Things Work
- TV & Streaming: Use the remote in the living room to power on the TV, then use the Fire Stick to navigate to Netflix, Disney + , YouTube etc.!
- Heat/AC: The thermostat is located on the left-hand wall between the main floor bedrooms. Adjust it to your comfort, and please turn to 22 Celsius when checking out.
- Fireplace: Clicks on and off, and has remote to adjust colour and temperature as needed!
- Coffee Maker: Pink Nespresso is on the counter and is ready to go! Washer/Dryer: The laundry area is located in the main floor hallway to the right.
- Trash & Recycling: Please take large kitchen trash to the outside bin.
- Parking: there is room for three + parking spots in the driveway of the house. Parking on street is available as well!
- Bunk Bed + Bed Safety Note: There are two twin over full bunk beds in the Cowgirl Room. The top bunk is recommended for guests ages 6 and up, with a weight limit of 200 lbs. The bottom bunk supports up to 400 lbs. Please use the ladder carefully and avoid and jumping AT ALL or rough play on ANY beds. Your safety and comfort are of utmost importance!
Say Hello to Glow!
JP’s Dream House is packed with photo ops, including some super cute neon lights! For that perfect décor or mood lighting, just click the switch on the cord attached to the neon sign (it’s plugged into the outlet right below), usually spotted to the left or right side.Don’t forget – please turn off all neon lights before checking out!
House Rules
- Check-in: After 3 pm
- Check-out: By 11:00 am
- No smoking or vaping indoors
- No loud parties or unregistered guests
- Pets: Must request approval for pets before booking or arriving.
- Please tidy up after your stay. Dishes organized, used towels in the tub, garbage taken out, etc. Unfortunately, if the home is left excessively dirty or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, I will be forced to request money though the Resolution Centre on Airbnb od keep deposit if booked privately.
- Please have a blast – but respect the space as if it were your own. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- This house has been specifically curated to be used for photo ops, and to look absolutely beautiful for you! However, all wall décor, paintings, signs etc. are fragile. Please do not touch the backdrops etc., and handle with care when turning on the neon lights. Do not allow young children to touch backdrops or walls. Any damages will be noted and (unfortunately) need to be compensated and charged for through Airbnb involvement or deposit will be ket if booked privately.
Outdoors
- Fire pits are prohibited in Windsor, Ontario, so enjoy the fun faux pit created for you to sit around and enjoy!
- Please enjoy the umbrella on the deck and flamingo lights, and close if opened and turn off lights when you leave.
- Please respect the neighbours as if they were your own. Quiet hours outdoors are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Please note : The backyard setup (furniture, cushions etc.) is available seasonally from approximately May – October. During the cold winter months, outdoor furniture is store for winter.
In House Entertainment
Netflix, Disney +, Firestick! Sit and watch a movie with your besties, binge a series, watching some music videos on YouTube or enjoy a Netflix and chill with your besties.
Books! I’ve hand selected a bunch of different books from different genres so you can find something you love! Located in the Disco Room.
Games! Board games, bachelorette activities, card games, puzzles – I’ve got a bunch them in the Disco Room, so you have a ton to do!
Music Speaker! The pink speaker is located in the kitchen on top of the fridge for you to use for music! Bluetooth: DOSS Soundbox
Props! There are several props around the house, included around and with the photo ops! Please use these for all your fun, but return them to their spot so others can enjoy. A careful inventory has been made and anything that is missing will be noted and charged for.
Photo Opportunities Galore! Strike a pose! This home was designed with photo ops in mind for every room – every detail is curated to look stunning in your selfies and group shots with the girls. Neon signs are ready to glow (switches on the sides!) and each setup is beautifully delicate, so please handle with care and keep little hands away. Let the glam begin!
Where to Find Towels/Toiletries
- Fresh towels are located in the linen closet beside the washer/dryer.
- Feminine Products are located in the main floor bathroom with the emergency kit. Please take what you need and leave the rest for others in case of emergency!

Check-Out Instructions
We hope you had a wonderful stay! Before you head out:
- Please place used towels in the bathtub.
- Please turn off all neon lights before checking out.
- Please confirm all props are returned to their spot. Generalized tidy up and leaving the home how you found it is greatly appreciated.
- Please take out the trash – the bin is located at left side of house.
- Make sure you’ve packed all your belongings!
- Lock the door behind you (bottom button on lock pad)
- Please sign our guest book on the next few pages to let us know how your stay was!
